Real Estate has been part of my life for 25+ years. I remember in 1989 when my father explained to me what a recession was and why he was buying homes, fixing them and either renting them out or selling them. He saw potential in areas before they became a boom for others. I learned how to spot an investment that was looked down upon from others and turn it into a positive cash flow. My experiences range from all aspects of Real Estate as I pushed myself into opportunities such as loan processing, managing a construction office, underwriting, incorporating and managing the first Sotheby's west coast office and opening other branches successfully. Property management, and owning and managing a New Jersey and California appraisal management company. Throughout this process I have assisted myself and my clients in purchasing and selling their homes to their full potential. My number one priority is not just closing a deal, its assisting my clients in leveling up their lives for today and tomorrow. We must realize that Real Estate has a cycle and the key is riding the cycle and finding your niche. Lilly and Viviana, presented my fiancé and I with an absolutely fantastic experience as our realtors! They were amazing every step of the way, from start to finish. Their investment expertise and dedication helped secure a beautiful brand new construction multi-family property in Orange, NJ. They were caring realtors who provided superb client service above and beyond what I would have expected. They stayed on top of everything, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. This is the second time I have worked with Vivian when I tell you she is the best you will find to get you your forever home TRUST ME SHE IS!!!!
Viviana will work with you to make your desires a reality. Viviana is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Vivian was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did!
Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy got the 3rd time I will not hesitate to call Vivian.. We love and THANK HER!!!

Consider yourself very fortunate if you have Vivian on your side when your buying, or selling your home. Vivian takes pride in what she does, and truly commits to her clients. As a first time homebuyer and relocating from another state, I really needed someone I can work with and trust. Viviana Mejia and I clicked instantly. She understood all my needs and was there anytime, day or night, to answer all my questions and concerns. As many of you may know, this was the toughest market to buy. We put many offers and my hopes of getting a home was low. It was a discouraging time but Viviana kept me positive and encouraged me not to give up. In less than a month of working with Viviana we had our offer accepted and just closed on our home.
