Rachel is very responsive and experienced. She served as a buyer's agent for our transaction and was able to negotiate a lower home price, split some of the fees with the seller and negotiate thousands in credits for items discovered during inspections. Rachel has a supportive team that helps her and knows many professionals to assist with real estate transactions, repairs, insurance, and even financial planning. Our escrow and close moved forward quickly. We will definitely use her again.

Buying / selling a home at the same time is extremely difficult and stressful. Rachel Lee immediately took charge knowing how time sensitive things were and rallied her team. In less than 24hrs my home was listed on the mls, she scheduled 5 showings for the weekend, and found a buyer within 6 days! To say I was impressed is an overstatement! She is incredibly passionate about her career in real estate and her years of experience in the industry shows. I knew I was in great hands and absolutely loved working with her. Highly recommend!

We were referred to the Rachel Adams Lee Group by a realtor in Arizona for the sale of our Elk Grove home. After interviewing Rachel and another local area realtor, we knew right away that Rachel and her team were the best fit for us.
She was very confident in her process and all the steps we’d take along the way. She also had complete confidence in her team and it showed from start to finish.
Rachel knows how to price and list a house! She nearly promised we would have great offers within 2 days of our 3 straight days of open houses and she was right!

The Rachel Adams group helped me and my family buy our 6 bedroom home in February 2019, which we needed to accommodate our growing family. Rachel did a phenomenal job negotiating the terms of the contract. We bought our new home under asking price, and the SELLER paid ALL CLOSING COSTS!!!! Rachel and her team thoroughly communicated with me through the entire process and helped navigate me through every aspect of the sale from the offer, through the inspections and then my favorite day.... receiving keys! Rachel is a BOSS realtor who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction through out our home buying process. She had the best negotiating skills, particularly when it came to securing favorable terms and coordinating necessary inspections. Rachels dedication to our personal interests was evident through her communication, whether it was through calls or texts, and her unwavering commitment to follow up promptly, regardless of the time of day.
Her support extended beyond the initial offer when that ended up not being in our best interest, she promptly found us another and much better property. Showcasing her resourcefulness and dedication to finding the perfect home for us. Her personalized approach made us feel like family, she alleviated stress and made sure we had a smooth and transparent experience.
Rachel’s ability to truly listen to our needs and desires was evident in her efforts to secure everything we wanted, even amidst back-and-forth negotiations.
