We have a vast array of personal experience from commercial and residential long-term rentals, fix and flips, and short-term rentals. The Kensmoe Team has been involved in or represented investors in dozens of investment transactions over the past 8 years in the business. We specialize in deals in the Raleigh/Durham NC area, Greensboro (Triad) NC, Topsail Island NC, and the Smoky Mountains of TN. Our goal is to help investors grow their wealth in real estate as we specialize in finding value-add opportunities (especially in STR) and creative financing. If you want somebody that’s gonna fight for you till the end Britney is your gal. We have bought and sold with her many times, and every time she goes to bat for our best interest. She has such a good heart, helps you out as the seller as well and is so Passionate about her job that it makes home buying and selling with her almost like a personal relationship rather than a transaction. She finds so much joy and excitement with real estate…and knowing you can trust someone 100 % with such a big life changing decision is the key for a smooth wonderful experience. Britney knows how to put herself in your shoes unlike a lot of other agents out there! Once you have her in your life, you will never want to go with anyone else!

Very knowledgeable about the area, was patient showing us around, and set up an efficient day of house hunting. She was incredibly helpful once under contract and through closing, and beyond! She connected us with contractors to get some work done on the house, and has continued to help us with investment property evaluations. I recommend her very highly!
