I lived in a house near the campus for almost 3 years. Rent was fair, Repairs were made timely, and managers were very understanding. There isn’t any more I’d ask more and nowhere I’d recommend over here. One time a stray cat JUMPED THROUGH MY WINDOW. I called our property manager (Christian she’s the best) and she got someone out there to fix it the next morning and didn’t charge. I’ve have roommate changes, family deaths, and just about every complication you can have as a tenant. Through it all, I didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to my home. As far as Lubbock goes this is the place to be.

one of the worst rentals. after almost a two grand deposit , charged us over $400 for cleaning . Cleaning the previous tenants trash and stuff out of the garage and backyard . worse than rent lbk and 806 rent . House also had a ac unit from the 70’s and in turned paid almost 600 a month for just the ac. The people who work here couldn’t get a job with their hunan sciences degree so they chose real estate .. a joke

Rented a house for a year from Shawn and had a great experience. Super quick response on maintenance requests, professional website that made paying rent super easy, and a lot of their homes are in great locations.

Only moving because our time in Lubbock is up!

Being in the military having to move every couple of years we have dealt with lots of property managers and rental properties. Christian was by far the BEST property manager we have ever had. She was always responsive and very kind. Any maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours and customer service was always amazing. They were very reasonable and accommodating with the pet deposit for our cats where most rentals try and rob you with an outrageous pet deposit. I highly recommend tech terrace and if we ever return to Lubbock will definitely be looking to use them again!

Shawn was a great landlord. He was easy to reach, kind, fair, and quick to get work that the house needed addressed. He always emailed tenants before major breaks our when cold weather was possible to guve tips to keep the house safe and prevent freezing in the pipes. He also made sure to reach out and let us know when our automatic charge for rent charged us for a month we didn't owe on, which we super appreciated. Great guy and I'm happy we chose to live in Tech Terrace during our time in Lubbock.

Christian was an excellent manager. Any time we needed maintenance done on the house, she was very responsive and helpful. Christian worked with me to ensure I had a positive experience without “renter troubles” during my college education. I recommend Tech Terrace to all!
