DeAnndra made home searching and buying fun and she was always available whenever I had questions about a property. If she didn’t have the answer to my question she would do her research and always got back with me soon as she had an answer. She made home buying fun and exciting for my family. I HIGHLY!!! Recommend her to be your Realtor for your next home/ property search.

Gabby was an absolute pleasure to work with. Buying a house is always a stressful process, but being an out-of-state buyer adds another element to the equation. Gabby did an excellent job understanding the type of house we were looking for, finding potential homes, arranging showings and helping us to accomplish as much as possible in a short period of time. Once we found our house, she helped us throughout the process with negotiations and was there every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone. Thanks Gabby! Monica and the totally about houses team are the best of the best! They work day and night to find the perfect home, and they listen to all of your wishes while searching! They, also, stay in touch long after the buy/sell process is over. They truly value and appreciate their clients and treat them like family! I can’t recommend this group enough!

Monice Dunlap helped us sell our old home and purchase a new one in 2020. She was professional and helped us stage our lived in home so you couldn't tell we were there! The photographs were amazing and I fully believe that helped us get 6 offers on the first day! Highly recommend.
