Disappointed and insulted by my experience with Rock River Realty. One of their listing agents offered Primary back-up offer on a listing. We signed the required paperwork and even a new offer reflecting the escalation clause. 24 hours later the agent reneges on the primary backup offer then has the gall to ask if we want to be secondary backup offer. I'm insulted and offended by the unprofessionalism of this listing agent. To offer Primary Back-up and then renege is offensive and I hope is not reflective of their other agents. I won't be doing business with Rock River Realty in the future.

The team at Rock River Realty are communicable, friendly and understad the modern real estate market. They do a great job of helping their clients understand the buying and selling process making the transaction a fun experience! Justin was knowledgeable and so easy to work with!

Justin White, is a phenomenal Realtor, due to being an agent myself , in this industry finding a gem to work with in a transaction such as Justin is hard to find....his willingness to go the extra mile,his attention to detail, his follow through and immediate follow up has over exceeded my expectations.
