Ryan Long has been amazing to work with on our purchase of a single-family investment property in Corvallis. He's extremely knowledgeable about the local home sales and rental markets and is great to work with both remotely and in person. It took a few offers (including a house that fell through on inspection) but Ryan worked diligently with us until we found a house that we were happy with. Many realtors just want to make a quick deal and move on to the next commission, but Ryan was patient and really advocated for us in all situations. I will work with him again and suggest you do as well.

As a single mom making less than $80k a year I knew that finding a home in this market would be challenging. I was embarrassed to ask a realtor for help since my price point was so low. Tessa Kobler treated me as if I was just as important as a buyer with a million dollar budget. She spent time with me looking at homes across three different counties. Eventually we found an adorable 1950s bungalow that is everything I could ask for. Tessa crafted my offer so I won out against three other bids. I’ve been in my home a year and still love it as much as the first time I walked through the door. I’m so grateful to Tessa and highly recommend her to represent buyers or sellers in the Mid-Willamette Valley.

Tessa Kobler did an amazing job with our kids! And in this market, getting a couple of 20-23 year olds into a house is pretty darned amazing! But she listened, was patient through the process, explained everything, and made sure they knew about any and all price appropriate homes worth looking at. I cannot tell you how relieved I was as a mom to have Tessa taking the lead with my baby while buying their first home! You can’t go wrong with Tessa…

Tessa (Tess) Kobler was amazing from initial contact through closing. Tess has stayed engaged way after closing to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend Tess to anyone in the market.

I was so happy that Sue Long was willing to take me on with a time-sensitive 1031 Exchange. And so glad she assigned Kristi Wirz to be my agent! Kristi was not just friendly and responsive to all my questions and concerns, but she got information to me before I even knew I needed it. She took the lead on identifying properties for me to look at and was frank in sharing her insights about them. She also helped me expedite critical inspections for the first property I made an offer an. Thanks to her advocacy, and her ability to communicate/coordinate with inspectors, I realized in a timely way that the property was unfit for purchase and was able to withdraw my offer without incurring any loss. Then she moved even more quickly to help me identify a second property that was a perfect fit! As we came to the close of our contingency period, she spared no attention to detail in counseling me on whether or not to negotiate further. This was at a time when it would have been much easier for her to simply let the sale close with everything "as is." She was always available as a sounding board when I needed help processing information. It was a pleasure to have Kristi as a companion during what could have been a very stressful time. Thank you Sue, Kristi, Ryan and the whole team for your support!

Ryan Long is a fantastic agent! Ryan helped us craft a successful offer in today's tough real estate market that was successful while well below what we were prepared to offer without his assistance. Ryan and his team wrangled all the complicated process of moving through the closing process, inspections and repairs and was diligent even after he delivered our keys and walked with us through the house. We really can't say enough praise about our experience with Ryan and Sue Long Real Estate Group. This is our second experience with them, first as sellers and now as buyers.

Ryan Long made choosing and purchasing our home a pleasure. As out-of-state clients, we had a lot needs! Ryan not only assisted us with our home purchase, but also helped us find excellent roofers and flooring experts when we wanted them. He was consistently available to answer questions and walk us through the various processes involved in buying a home. I recommend him to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home because he always puts his clients interests first.
