I am very passionate about all aspects of the real estate industry. I am a real estate agent in the state of Arizona. I serve the Sedona/Verde Valley, including Cottonwood, Cornville, Jerome, Clarkdale, Camp Verde, and Rimrock. I also have a passion for the investment side of real estate, where I own and manage my own rental. I also have local connections with Short Term Rental managers. I moved to Arizona from Oklahoma once I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and management degree at Oklahoma State University. I love the Sedona Verde Valley, and all it has to offer. The area is full of hiking trails, biking trails, beautiful views, vineyards and so much more. Anna was so great to work with. We bought a house from her. A year later we sold our other house. And we had her list it. She mades you Feel like family. She has excellent PR skills. A big heart. And she doesn’t give up. Any future real estate dealings we have. Will definitely be through her. And she sold her house within A couple months. And she always keeps you updated. And you can totally trust her 100%. And that’s what you look for in an agent. After all they’re dealing with your home. And that’s the most important thing you’ll buy or sell. Anna Pearson was fabulous to work with. I shouldn't call it "work", she made everything so easy for me, it was a "breeze". Anna helped find me the very best lot in Clarkdale with a spectacular view and I am now living in the home of my dreams!
