Sabrina was our realtor for the purchase of our very first home. She was such a pleasure to work with and met us last minute at several properties due to my husband and I working opposite schedules. It took us a couple weeks to find our home but we were so happy when we finally did and she was so helpful along the way!

We were selling our home by owner when we met Pete. We had been struggling to get exposure to our home, and we had been overwhelmed with realtors reaching out to us wanting to be our agent. None felt like the right fit until Pete came along. He was the first realtor that we spoke with that felt like he truly cared about helping us sell our home, and not just giving us a big sales pitch begging for business. He was confident he could help us, and we truly felt he cared. He stayed in touch with us while we continued to show our house, following up when he said he would and also being very respectful of our space and time. When we were finally ready to list, he and his team were so quick to start the process. He stood strong in negotiations when we received a subpar offer. He also advised us on what he thought was a good offer, and we trusted him fully. He was working for us, and the house sold within a few weeks of listing amongst the holiday season to an out of state couple. We couldn’t have done it without him. He’s professional, and so is his team. We were truly impressed with the care he took in selling our home, and when the day comes to buy a new house, Pete will be our guy!

I’ve known Pete for about 5 years. Finally got the chance to let him sell my house to see what he’s all about! He did his research and told me how much we could sell it for, which day was best to list it, and what kind of buyer is going to want it.
Quickly got multiple offers and closed in about a month
I could tell by the conversation that Pete understands how to sell real estate. It’s not as simple as taking some pictures and loading them up on Zillow (for great realtors at least).

We purchased from out of state and Pete went above and beyond to make it as seamless as possible. He helped us find a fabulous designer who has been a dream to work with and Pete even shopped, purchased and scheduled the install of our audio visual needs, so it was ready for us to enjoy when we got there. Definitely recommend him for your realtor needs

Pete was amazing throughout our buying process. We did a 1031 exchange so timing was very important. Pete was there whenever we needed advice or saw properties we liked or wanted to view. He gave great advice on the rental market and helped with anything we needed any time if the day or week..it is nice to have a realtor you can count on to be honest with you. We will definitely use Pete on the future.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Pete and his team. They were professional, timely, and went the extra mile to help set me up for success with a short term rental property in Blue Ridge, GA. His services were above and beyond what my expectations were for a realtor. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Pete Galyon initially gave us some insight to the east TN area. However, when him or his agent didn't have enough time to show us the house we eventually got under contract by ourselves, he felt it was necessary to call me and lose all courtesy, and frankly maturity, for the customer since he knew he wasn't getting any commission from us anymore. During the call he was very mad, rude and unprofessional, stating that we "couldn't do that" and that he "wished you could see my face in person so you could see how upset I am". He ended the call with a "Good luck!" And hung up. Unfortunately being a cop didn't teach him much about TN real estate law, which never states a buyer must be represented by an agent they have spent time with. Another negative aspect of working with him, is that him and the lender he is in cahoots with, American Pacific Mortgage, have an almost monopolistic forced feel when working with them. If you dare consider a second lender (for a better rate)or second agent (for better service)just know that you will be treated with little regard suddenly and abruptly.
