10+ years experience in residential real estate helping clients find full-time residences, second homes and investment properties. I specialize in short-term rental properties in the Hocking Hills helping clients connect with investor friendly lenders, finding a property that will work for that purpose, share contacts such as contractors and cleaners, and invite to join a private Facebook group of fellow short-term hosts in the area for advice and guidance. Also well-versed in fix and flips as I've done a few myself and helped many other clients with that strategy as well.

Jody is amazing! She helped us find and purchase our first investment property in Hocking Hills. Jody was extremely patient and just all-around great to work with. As a bonus, she has an excellent network of people that she can refer you to for just about anything related to your purchase. Not a single issue and absolutely amazing to work with.

My home in northeast Ohio sold faster than anticipated and between that and real estate moving so quickly ( and at a higher than anticipated price) in the Etna/Pickerington area I was feeling alot of anxiety as I looked for a new residence. Jody did an awesome job dealing with my frustration/craziness as she helped me find a new-to-me home. She has an excellent knowledge of the area and was on top of houses and condos coming on the market. Would highly recommend her services.
