Other great strategies I'm currently encouraging are flips, house hacks, STR's and out of state investing. Passionate about everything to do with real estate and creating wealth through real estate. He loves spending time with his wife and four kids, embarking on beach and travel adventures with them. A philanthropist, he donates frequently to charities and serves as a youth mentor for his church.

Working with Mike Eastin to sell our house and buy a new home was amazing! Mike and his team are some of the best real estate agents around. He was always available when we needed him and he made sure we were constantly involved and comfortable throughout the entire process.

We just had the opportunity to sell and purchase a new home using Tyson and the entire Trillion team on both ends of the transaction. The process since the beginning has been white glove and 5-star. The entire team has been incredibly helpful, communicative and supportive while going down every imaginable circumstance. Bonus points for selling our house over asking. Couldn't recommend them enough!

When choosing a real estate agent, you have many choices. If you would like to have someone that will take every one of your phone calls, immediately reply to all of your texts than Justin is your guy. We recently had the pleasure of working with Justin to sell our father’s home after his passing, Justin orchestrated all the repairs, remodels, showings and went above and beyond meeting with contractors, inspectors and potential buyers. Please feel confident in Justin when selling/buying your home.

We worked with Gavin while selling our family home, and I have to say that he far exceeded our expectations. I’m not one to typically write reviews, but I feel it’s important to not only share my experience but recognize a true professional. Especially so that others can have the exceptional experience we did. Gavin was very knowledgeable, professional, but more importantly personable. He made it very easy to work with. When it came to marketing our home, he did a great job in advertising on the MLS, as well as sending out flyers within the local community. We were able to have a great amount of interest in our home that we received several offers. When presenting the offers we received, Gavin not only provided his professional opinion but gave us time to independently make a decision. Once we accepted an offer, Gavin kept us up to date on the latest information to include the status of escrow. He really made the process seamless, and if we had to do it again, we would easily go with Gavin over any agent in the area!

We can't emphasize enough, how amazing Gavin Miller and the entire Tyson Robinson team have been great in the process of selling our Murrieta home! As most know selling is always stressful, especially when preparing to move out of state, but Gavin, from the start, was informative, motivated, and kind! I knew from the start, he was the one who could get us through this process smoothly and he did that and more!
