Experienced in adding ADU's in order to add value and cash flow on properties (Favorite Southern California investing strategy). Other great strategies I'm currently encouraging are flips, house hacks, STR's and out of state investing. Passionate about everything to do with real estate and creating wealth through real estate. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Justin Butler when moving from out of state. We had a pretty quick timeline from knowing our location to moving and he was so quick to respond and so thorough in helping us with virtual tours and info on what he thought could help us as we put in offers. He also helped us through so many hiccups that were outside any of our control! Even after close, he has helped us find handymen and auto shops. 100000000% recommend.

So I had the pleasure of working with Heron Suarez in the process of buying my new home recently and I know there’s some good realtors out there, but Heron seem to know the market negotiate our contract better than anyone else that I’ve worked with in the past to be honest. Out of a stressful time, Heron knew the ups and downs to certain cities and neighborhoods we were looking at. These included anything to do with taxes, HOA and the zoning areas that we’re going to fit our needs. He was always there answering the phone whenever we called or texted him as opposed to Realtors. I’ve worked with in the past they didn’t really give me the time of day. We found our home quickly and structured a buying contract that put us in the forefront of other buyers to be able to buy this home. 100% I recommend Heron Suarez, a very genuine, nice, kind man.

My Realtor Heron Suarez was awesome. Helped me sell my first home and to buy another in Murrieta. He guided me through the process. I was using my VA loan.
I decided to move to S.C. after retiring and rented my home. He helped me find a great property management company. When I decided to sell 3 years later he was there!! We did everything long distance without a hitch!!
Heron is very knowledgeable about how to sell and buy a home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for Agent!! If I decide to come back to Ca he would be my choice. He’s an awesome agent

Working with Mike Eastin to sell our house and buy a new home was amazing! Mike and his team are some of the best real estate agents around. He was always available when we needed him and he made sure we were constantly involved and comfortable throughout the entire process.

We just had the opportunity to sell and purchase a new home using Tyson and the entire Trillion team on both ends of the transaction. The process since the beginning has been white glove and 5-star. The entire team has been incredibly helpful, communicative and supportive while going down every imaginable circumstance. Bonus points for selling our house over asking. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We just sold our Temecula house with Tyson. Tyson and his entire team advocated for us the entire way. Tyson’s vast experience was obvious, and knowing that he treated our investment, our home, and our sale as if it were his own. I wish we had found Tyson earlier. We loved the seamless process. We were trust Tyson, and so should you! He got us top dollar for our home, and ensured we were always good throughout the process.
