Other great strategies I'm currently encouraging are flips, house hacks, STR's and out of state investing. Passionate about everything to do with real estate and creating wealth through real estate. Mike was amazing one of the Best Realtors I have ever worked with. Answered any communication promptly whether by texting or phone. Solved any problems and went above and beyond what would be necessary. Sold my home quickly and received a good price. Thank you Mike, for all your hard work!

Hi Tyson. A friend recommended Gavin to me to rent my house. I know you are his boss. Gavin's work was terrible. He had the house for more than 60 days and he couldn't rent it. The communication with him it was the worst. He never proposed alternatives to expedite the rental of the house. I sent him emails that he never answered. I spoke with my friend to see if he could help me and I think he talked to you.
I waited another week and nothing changed. I decided to change agents. The new agent put the ad up last Tuesday, received many calls on Wednesday, showed the house on Thursday and on Friday we already had 3 applications to choose who we would rent the house to. We chose one of them and they moved on Sunday. All this happened in 5 days. They rented it for the same price that Gavin had it for.
The most frustrating thing about this and why I am writing to you is that many of those who called the new agent had tried to speak with Gavin and were unsuccessful. Furthermore, one of those who came to see the house on Thursday had made an appointment with Gavin to see the house and he never showed up for the appointment. I cannot understand how you can act in this way and cause this harm (Maybe I would not have had to pay 2 months of mortgage) I hope this message is helpful so that you can offer a better service.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Justin Butler when moving from out of state. We had a pretty quick timeline from knowing our location to moving and he was so quick to respond and so thorough in helping us with virtual tours and info on what he thought could help us as we put in offers. He also helped us through so many hiccups that were outside any of our control! Even after close, he has helped us find handymen and auto shops. 100000000% recommend.

First off I'd like to say thank you to Miguel Ramos & the team at Trillion real estate. My Realtor Heron Suarez was awesome. Helped me sell my first home and to buy another in Murrieta. He guided me through the process. I was using my VA loan.
I decided to move to S.C. after retiring and rented my home. He helped me find a great property management company. When I decided to sell 3 years later he was there!! We did everything long distance without a hitch!!
Heron is very knowledgeable about how to sell and buy a home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for Agent!! If I decide to come back to Ca he would be my choice. He’s an awesome agent

Heron Suarez who is part of the Tyson Robinson team has been a life saver for me and my family when we needed to sell our home went over and above to make sure that we received the maximum from our sale, and when I was having trouble buying vacant land for tax Liens Heron stepped up and helped me secure the sale. Working with Mike Eastin to sell our house and buy a new home was amazing! Mike and his team are some of the best real estate agents around. He was always available when we needed him and he made sure we were constantly involved and comfortable throughout the entire process.

We just sold our Temecula house with Tyson. Tyson and his entire team advocated for us the entire way. Tyson’s vast experience was obvious, and knowing that he treated our investment, our home, and our sale as if it were his own. I wish we had found Tyson earlier. We loved the seamless process. We were trust Tyson, and so should you! He got us top dollar for our home, and ensured we were always good throughout the process.
