I am a dedicated realtor specializing in helping investors. I work with both new and experienced investors to buy and sell investment properties across Utah, providing education and guidance every step of the way. I’m especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers take their first steps into real estate investing. Before becoming a full-time realtor, I was a teacher. Within just four years, I built a real estate portfolio that tripled my teaching salary, proving that anyone can achieve financial freedom through smart investing. Now, I’m committed to helping others do the same by sharing the strategies and knowledge that worked for me. Jocelyn was incredibly helpful through the whole home-buying process. We were buying from out of state so having someone we could trust on the ground was critical for us. Would recommend Jocelyn to anyone looking for a great agent!

I loved working with Jocelyn during this process. This is my first time purchasing a rental home and Jocelyn took all the worry out of the process. She was easy to communicate with, had great advice about the properties, and made everything in the process easy. She continues to help today even after the purchase. I will definitely continue to use Jocelyn and Canovo group for my next rental purchase.

Jocelyn was the best part of my buying experience from start to finish. This was my second home purchase but even still I learned so much from Jocelyn’s expertise and savvy real estate knowledge. I was looking for a house hack opportunity and I received many options daily from her. Once we found one, she guided me through the process with the amazing resources that’s she’s developed. Her detailed organization is second to none. That was very helpful as there’s a lot of details and deadlines that can get lost in the weeds. Her resources i .e. video training, spreadsheets for buying and managing and managing finances, guided me through all things buying. She offered tips along the way as well. Anytime I ran in to something I was unsure about (which was often) she was available to help. I was looking for a realtor to help with this second home to expand my real estate portfolio, particularly with guidance about investing from an experienced professional. She was everything I was looking for and much more. Couldn’t believe I was lucky enough to find someone who fit my needs so well as an investor!

Exactly what we were looking for in an agent to help us start investing in real estate. Jocelyn is super organized and responsive, and she is eager to answer questions and offer advice from her own investing experience. She gives her honest opinion and has never pressured us into anything. We bought our first duplex just a couple months after starting to work with Jocelyn and I'm sure she'll help us find and close more deals in the future.

Jocelyn was awesome! She is very knowledgable with the industry. We were looking for a House Hack opportunity and after finding one, Jocelyn helped us out so much and helped us close the deal in the best financially possible way! She has been a great asset since closing and is helping us find some tenants and pointing us to excellent resources to use during our new landlord experience. I can't recommend Jocelyn enough!

Jocelyn was an amazing Realtor! She was very fast to respond to any question we had and was very accommodating to our schedules when showing us homes. I don't think there was a single time in our home search that she didn't get back to us within a few hours. She helped us with multiple offers (and counters) on several properties without any issue which ultimately won us our current home!
Jocelyn is a great agent. We're looking forward to working with her again in the future for investment properties.
