To the unaffiliated, 2023 was probably the worst year to buy investment property. Thanks to Bigger Pockets, I'm not the unaffiliated. I've been a listener for about a year now and after listening to some Dave Greene episodes, I decided to check out the forum since I knew I had on the ground access to a market that was reasonably priced. This is where I found LawRosa. She was a recommended agent from the bigger pockets forum and the difference was night and day from a realtor we just found via zillow. She was very professional, with presentations, and patient with our questions. Ultimately, it took us about 6 month but we found the perfect property where the numbers and location made sense. My wife and I purchased our first duplex because of her great expertise and the recommendation from Bigger Pockets. I'm forever grateful!

We started working with LawRosa after an unsuccessful 1.5 year with a different agent. Our initial contact started in October, we found a property and was in contact by November and closed in December. LawRosa's expertise in investment properties, the Columbia market, and her level of attentiveness with us as clients is top tier. We look forward to working with her on future projects!
