Adrian Valdez is a native of the West Michigan region. Shortly after leaving The Marine Corps, I had discovered the BiggerPockets Podcast which inspired my passion for real estate where I began to buy investment properties. This passion coupled with System engineer background has allowed Adrian to serve West Michigan residents in the home buying/selling process. After graduating from Whitehall, Adrian joined The Marine Corps, where he completed achieved the rank of SGT Where he went on two deployments overseas with 3Rd Battalion 7th Marines and at one point had the privilege to work as in instructor in the NCO course. When not helping West Michigan home buyers/s enjoys Spending time with his family, Investing in real estate, and learning new technologies

We enjoyed working with Adrian Valdez. In a Seller’s market, we needed to act quickly on properties of interest, but we had to drive several hours to see them in person. Adrian carefully listened to our wants and needs, gladly showed us properties via FaceTime, and gave us the “heads up” on properties that were coming on the market. Because of his deep knowledge of Western MI, we were able to find our dream home. It was a stress free transaction. Highly recommend!

Adrian was great to work with during the process of looking for and purchasing a house. He was able to answer every question we had. We were unsure of what we were looking for at first and he was very patient with us as we figured it out. Eventually found the house that we wanted and he helped us understand the process of purchasing a home, while working through it with us.
Would recommend working with Adrian. 10/10.

My experience with Adrian with buying my first home was a good experience. Adrian is a go-getter and he'll do what it takes to get the deal done. Me being a first time home buyer and having Adrian as my realtor made my experience a good experience and I appreciate that. The knowledge that Adrian has as a realtor made the experience and the process very smooth he was able to answer all my questions. I'll recommend Adrian to anyone for your home buying experience and also if you're interested in selling your home too. Thank you Adrian and I appreciate you making my home buying experience easy.

Adrian helped my partner and me sell both our homes. He also facilitated the purchase of our new home that was for sale by owner. We were both blown away by Adrian's level of commitment and communication through all processes. We sold for at/above asking price and the sales were quick. Adrian knew exactly what we needed to do to prep the houses for sale and when the offers were on the table, he handled the negotiations very professionally. I am confident that I can contact Adrian anytime if I have real estate questions. I don't plan to move again anytime soon, but when I need a new realtor, I'll reach out to Adrian Valdez!

I cannot say enough great things about Adrian Valdez. I started working with him before I even moved back to Michigan. He has always conducted himself with professionalism all while being friendly. He did numerous video tours of property when I was unable to be there. His attention to detail was unsurpassed. He toured as if he was purchasing for himself. It took a bit to find the right place, he stuck with me all the way. He is the best! I would and do recommend him to everyone. You are going with a winner with Adrian! Plus, he is a veteran like me! 👍
