We recently moved to the area and Katie demonstrated a deep understanding of the Triangle market and provided valuable insights that helped us make informed decisions. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. Katie guided us through every step of the process. She was always available to answers our questions (as first time home buyers, we had ALOT) and address any concerns we had. Thanks to Katie's expertise she was able to find a mistake from our lender and worked with us to get it fixed. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Katie has been the best realtor we have ever used. We used Katie to sell our house and re buy a home less than a year later. Her attitude, kindness, honesty and most importantly being Tenacious. I will recommend Katie to everyone I know and will not use another realtor in the future. If you're unsure about a realtor she is your go too! 10/10

Let me start off by saying WE LOVE Katie! She helped us sell our first home and from the moment she walked in our door she felt like family! She made the whole process of selling our home so easy and breezy. We are now working with her again and she helped us find our new dream home!
