Living on both sides of Mobile Bay at different times in my life, I have experienced the many intricacies of Gulf Coast life, and am extremely knowledgeable of our area. Serving in my community has also been a deep commitment in my faith and family, contributing thousands of hours of volunteer service throughout various ministries and causes in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties. There aren't enough stars on the review to express how great of a person and Realtor Heather Colson is. She stuck by my side for 3 years helping me and my family find or perfect home.
She has amazing contacts that helped us tremendously through the home buying process and anytime we hit a bump in the road, she remained persistent and determined to do all she could for me.

The best in the business! I was a new home buyer and aspiring investor making me a pretty tricky client. Despite this, Heather was able to quickly and appropriately answer any and all questions I had (and there were a lot). She is highly knowledgeable about our market and knows how to spot a great deal. She was able to help me close on the first house we put an offer on! I would trust her with my closest friends/family and look forward to working with her again.

First of all I would to thank my neighbor for recommending Heather Colson with keller Williams Realty to us for selling our home. She was knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process, answered ALL of questions and phone calls and made herself available at any time and that is hard to come by these days. She made a stressful situation into a positive experience.
Even though we moved out of state we continue to stay in touch from time to time.
I highly recommend her professionalism with dedication as she always puts her clients first. Thanks again Heather!
