Brent Sappe was great to work with and did an outstanding job, he helped us get our first out-of-state investment property. He also connected us with property management and home repair work. I will definitely continue to work with Brent in the Savannah area.

Brent made the whole process of buying my first investment property incredibly easy and painless. If there was anything I was unsure of, Brent was quick to explain the best plan of attack and the best strategy that would accommodate each individual deal. He was fast to respond and very flexible with my schedule, speeding up the process from finding a property on the MLS up to putting in an offer, increasing the odds for getting the property. I could not recommend Brent enough and I will definitely be working with him again in the future.
