I have a very difficult time with Easy Street. 1. It took a lot longer to close and kept asking for additional information despite the loan officers already having the information which ended up costing me more in holding cost. Now they have sold the account to another provider and no one notified me till today via phone asking for my payment. I told her all my accounts are setup on automatic payments, but come to find out when they sold the account again without any notice and was mad because I haven't paid December balance. So within 10 minutes of being notified of the changes the account was current and I got a call from the manager still complaining. It wasn't my fault they sold the account and didn't tell anyone....... I have purchased several other rental houses in 2024 and they have not been with Easy Street nor will they be any further business with East Street in the future, and yes I know you don't care it was made very clear on the phone call I received.

As a mortgage broker I work with alot of different lenders and I am always looking for great partners to refer business to. Easy Street is not one of them. I sent them our first deal together and it was a disaster from the beginning. They did a horrible job from top to bottom and broke every promise they made me . Because of them I am losing a deal, a client , and a referral partner. Do yourself a favor and find someone who will get your deal closed.

Tanner and Mike were awesome to work with. Super patient. Responded quickly, and answered all of my many questions. The deal was done on time with no hiccups or changes. I would happily work with them again.
