Jake joined Allodium Real Estate with wide-range of experience in the industry including multifamily asset management, property management, acquisitions, renovations, and currently runs his own real estate investment business focused on acquiring and operating value-add residential, multifamily, and short-term rental properties in Louisville, KY and Richmond, VA.



Jake graduated from the University of Louisville in 2018 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. While working as a consultant, he developed a passion for building a life of abundance and control - utilizing real estate as the vehicle to get there.
