The title process was as smooth as you could ask for. This will be the first of many properties our portfolio will look to work with Dustin on. Dustin did a great job from start to finish with an out of state real estate purchase. In the weeks leading up to our trip to Florida and purchase, Dustin helped my wife scrub the potential purchase list.
Once we were on the ground, he made himself readily available on extended time frames to show us the homes on our list.
Once we made an offer, he had our best interest in mind as a buyer's representative.
As mattresses ended up being delivered from the shipper earlier than expected, Dustin volunteered to go to the house and pick them up and store them until possession date.
He was on site the day we took possession, and even stopped over two weeks after purchase to check progress on our renovation and to say hello and if there was anything else he could do for us.
If you are a local purchaser, Dustin is your Realtor. If you are purchasing from out of state, Dustin is certainly your Realtor!

Yesterday I did my first closing transaction with Dustin Sanders and it went amazing. Anytime I needed something from him or his customers he was making sure it was handled ASAP. What a smooth and effortless process. Dustin went above and beyond what I was taught real estate agents would do for you. He left the floor open for my own thought process and gave feedback that was honest while maintaining agency in not steering me in a certain direction. He will have your back when others around you may be dropping the ball, which can and does happen. He is just cool calm and collected which is so important in the ever-changing dynamics of real estate. Also, as an investor himself, he is personable in that manner and knows where you are coming from. 1st of many!

I am a loan originator and I just closed a deal with Dustin on a challenging deal. There were many surprises from the seller's side and Dustin helped the client and I resolve those issues. He always returned my calls promptly and got me what I needed in order to close the loan. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Pensacola area.
