Troy was FANTASTIC to work with. I was the loan officer for a buyer of his; a bit of a tumultuous deal. He was quick and easy to communicate with. He fought diligently for the buyers to ensure they got the best deal. I hope to work together again in the future!

I worked with Troy in 2021. He helped me purchase my first STR and guided me carefully throughout the process. He answered all my questions and gave great insight into which properties would do best as an STR over others. His professionalism and experience in the industry is remarkable. I purchased from a different state and he knew how to manage the process using basic technology. I purchased the home for $530,000 and for the first two years made about $90k annually. He definitely pointed me in the right direction: I could not have done this without him.
