Hi, I'm Gerardo Hernandez, and my journey from the mountains of Colorado to the sun-soaked landscapes of Arizona has been nothing short of inspiring. In 2015, I made a pivotal move to Arizona, setting the stage for a series of remarkable accomplishments. My time in the military unearthed a passion for real estate that would shape my future endeavors. The allure of investment opportunities, both in long-term holdings and short-term rentals, captured my imagination. Like many great entrepreneurs, I had caught the ""real estate bug."" In 2021, I made a bold decision to transition from military life to the dynamic realm of real estate full-time. Embracing this change, I became a licensed real estate agent, driven by the desire to share my knowledge and help others achieve their investment dreams. Gerardo was a huge help in the purchasing of our condo, any time that we needed him he was there he would even come to our home to help us with any questions or paperwork and we had a lot of those. He was available no matter what he was doing. He walked us through everything to make sure that we were comfortable with whatever questions we had.

Exceptional experience to date. I met Gerado a year ago with ambitions of purchasing our second home in AZ. Gerardo came as a recommendation from my daughter and I can see why she so strongly recommended him. Gerardo is extremely knowledgeable with the local market and was always available anytime I had questions or concerns. He was on top of things, kept in contact and recommended a lender that was top notch as well. I would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell in and around the Phoenix area. You won’t be sorry!!

Gerardo is dynamic and resourceful, and he helped us to remodel the place we bought from scratch. Very reliable and dependable. When we bought a second property, next door to the one which Gerardo manages already, it was a breeze. I wouldn’t have bought the second property without his willingness to help remodel. The remodel and his vision for design was spot on.. You’ll enjoy working with him.

Gerardo was simply great to work with and we are extremely happy with his service. As first time homebuyers, Gerardo made the home buying process look like a walk in the park. Throughout the whole process of showing us properties to the day we closed on our first home purchase and dream house, he was always there answering all our questions and easing our concerns. He even assured us that after closing, it was just the beginning of our relationship and that he would be there for us thereafter with any improvements and/or repairs. Him and his team were great to work with, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house.
