Since then, I have helped my clients close on several deals including STR, MTR, LTR, BRRRR, Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold, and House Hacking. These have brought great cash-flow and equity gain for my clients.

My background includes 3 years of financial experience as a loan officer. Numbers are my game. This is a big reason that I chose to focus on the investment side of real estate. With this experience, I expect to provide value when it comes to calculations, education, negotiation, and finding good investment opportunities.
