As a full-time real estate agent and investor, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With a strong background in electrical engineering, having graduated from Penn State in 2018, he initially pursued a career in that field for about 2.5 years. However, driven by a deep interest in real estate investing, he made the bold decision to transition into real estate full-time and hasn't looked back since. As an investor, Alan owns 8 rental properties with a total of 14 units. He started his real estate investing journey using the house hacking method, purchasing his first multi-family property. This hands-on experience has given him invaluable insights into the nuances of property investment and has honed his expertise in identifying potential opportunities and maximizing returns. Alan was amazing from start to finish. He treated my condo with professionalism despite it being a small sale. I live in another state and he coordinated getting the condo show-ready, including hiring a painter and handyman and even helped pick out paint colors. He communicated well and in a timely manner. My condo had offers after being on the market only a day! I couldn't be more grateful.
