I only started thinking about REI late last year and learning about it on Biggerpockets. That’s where I came across Jimmy and started following his work and eventually reached out to him. Connecting with Jimmy could easily be one of the greatest things I did last year! As a first time investor, finding the right agent who is well connected, understands the market and process inside out and most importantly has your best interest in mind is the ONE key factor that could make or break your experience. Jimmy is all of that for me. As an investor himself, he’s very analytical, diligent, resourceful, communicative and extremely hardworking. He’s passionate about what he does (real estate!), provides his clients with his best advice - whether to walk away from a deal or negotiate with sellers and creates wonderful RE communities that inspire and learn from each other. As long as I invest in Columbus, OH - Jimmy will be the agent I go to.Couldn’t buy my first investment property with built in equity already without Jimmy. Looking forward to more to come!

Jimmy was amazing to work with when I sold my first rental property out-of-state. He was professional, kind, and super easy to communicate with—always quick to respond by phone, text, or email. He made sure I understood everything and was completely transparent about the whole process.
His knowledge and insights were a huge help, and thanks to him, I ended up selling the property for well beyond the listing price. He also stayed on top of things with the buyer’s agent and their lender, making the whole experience feel almost seamless.
What really stood out was that Jimmy is a man of his word. If he said he’d handle something, he did it exactly as promised. After having a tough experience when I bought this property with a different realtor, I can honestly say I’d choose Jimmy in a heartbeat when I’m in the market to buy again in Columbus.
Overall, working with Jimmy was such a positive experience, and I’d recommend him to anyone without any hesitation!

My husband and I were hunting for our first out of state investment property and found Jimmy. If we could give him 10 stars we would. Jimmy is hands down THE best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. You are not going to find anyone else like Jimmy. From the very first call we had with him, we knew he would work super hard for us, and we were not wrong.
He constantly brought us great deals, and gave us his investor thoughts and video walk throughs on why these are great deals, which were so extremely valuable since we are buying the property unseen. When we ourselves came across things we thought were good deals (but weren’t), he wasn’t afraid to tell us no. Being from out of state, it would have been easy for him to just say yes to make a quick sale, but he really looked out for our best interest and told us to not get into these bad deals.
Additionally, being in an extremely competitive market like Columbus, we needed someone who was fast and competitive, and Jimmy always responded to us within the hour and advised us on our offers that would get us the interest of the sellers. He was smart and knew what offers would have been competitive, and was our guide in that regards. But even though he knew what would have worked and didn’t, he was never pushy and left the ultimate decision to us. This being our first investment property out of state, he was also there to chat with us on our thoughts and put an objective spin on our fears, which was much appreciated.
Aside from being a great agent himself, he has a network of great lenders, appraisals, insurance, etc. that made our experience very simple. Without these folks, it would have been much more difficult to make this experience smooth.
Jimmy, my husband and I talked yesterday and we both agreed that one day we would love to meet you and shake the hand of the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. It’s been a privilege to work with someone like you, and cannot wait to see where your career takes you. Jimmy is a fantastic agent, I can't say enough positive things about the experience I had. As an out of state investor, Jimmy was instrumental in providing knowledge, expertise and recommendations on specific areas and Columbus OH as a whole. He provides such good analysis on properties and market rent, and his honest thoughts a properties potential. If you're out of state, or even if you live in Columbus OH, Jimmy is your guy! Jimmy was incredibly helpful to me as an out of state investor. He would send me frequent deals and gave me his honest opinion when I brought him deals as well. He was able to tour many houses for me and provide me with honest and helpful feedback. He also helped me get many items repaired/credited by the seller during the inspection phase and helped me navigate a long closing. I’m looking forward to working with him again!

Jimmy is an excellent realtor! He helped us sell our duplex quickly and for more than we thought we could get for it. He was incredibly attentive and communicative and I felt like he had our backs throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond and helped us navigate an untimely eviction as well as helped us get bids for some last-minute repairs.
I highly recommend Jimmy for any of your real estate sales needs in Columbus. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and a pleasure to work with. You won't go wrong with Jimmy!
