As an out of state investor, you need a great agent. Jimmy is that person for me. He is very knowledgeable with the real estate market in Columbus and will help you analyze the deal. To be able to get a great deal, you need to be fast as a seller and realtor. Jimmy is very responsive and will also bring you off-market deals that he has analyzed to potentially be a good investment.
An awesome agent is not just about bringing properties in your inbox. Jimmy has contacts for anything that you would need for your investment property: lender, contractor, property manager, etc.
He helped me close on my first investment property in a great neighborhood, turnkey, and has tax abatement which is a HUGE plus. We will definitely be doing more deals in the future!

I had the privilege of working with Jimmy for my recent investment property purchase, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. As an out-of-state investor, I had concerns about the logistics and nuances of buying property remotely. However, Jimmy's professionalism and expertise made the entire process incredibly smooth and successful.

Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. We were able to quickly identify and close on an investment property. We had a number of opportunities that we pursued - not all of them moved to the final stage, but Jimmy was patient and supportive throughout the full process and extremely helpful throughout.
I appreciated Jimmy's quickness in pursuing opportunities together and thoroughness once an opportunity progressed. I continue to seek investment properties in Columbus and Jimmy is the only agent here that I have/will work with for my personal residential real estate investments!

Jimmy crushed it for my first home buying experience out of state. Jimmy answered all my questions and gave me feedback as we searched and analyzed deals. He made himself available consistently including weekends. Most importantly, he would recommend passing on deals that he knew not to be good investments. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are new real estate remote investors and after going through several agent, were so glad we connected with Jimmy. He’s proactive, super responsive, gives great advice and insight on prospective properties. He is detailed oriented and will stay on top of everything during the entire contractual period, super helpful with negotiations, and was so patient with walking us through our first RE deal as investors. He is the perfect blend of a supportive and accessible friend who will give you honest advice (even if it’s not what you want to hear), will tell you to walk away from bad deals, with the goal of building a long term relationship with you. We just closed on our first investment property and can’t say enough good things about Jimmy! He’s efficient and methodical (even from the intro virtual meeting), which immediately helped us narrow down the range of properties we’re looking at. He gave us his candid opinions about potential properties, and we loved that he’s not afraid to tell us when a listing did not feel like a match for our investment goals. And it really helped that he owns investment properties himself and has been through the process multiple times as a buyer. He is very communicative, which to us was the most important trait given we live out of state. He provided referral sources to other essential members of our team, including property manager and GC, but never pushed us to use them. He’s patient and approachable and made this process so much more enjoyable than we imagined it would be. We look forward to working with Jimmy in the long run and also look forward to eventually meeting him in person haha.
