Keyano was super fun and friendly, but still professional overall. We had to look for our new home while still living on the other side of the country. He took us on quite a few FaceTime virtual tours of any house we wanted to see. Some multiple times. We felt we were running him to death but he never hesitated to walk through yet another one, until we found the right one. Even with the three hour time difference, he was very communicative and always replied quickly. Once we moved in and were settled, he stopped by with gifts for dogs.
