About us
I am the pink-haired investor realtor in the Indianapolis area. I have been working with out-of-state investors since 2016. I have built up a "boots on the ground" team to help investors evaluate and purchase properties. Not only do we run comps and rental stats, we also video properties giving you honest opinions of the condition of the property and surrounding neighborhood. After we are under contract, we will assist you with scheduling inspectors, contractors and communicating with your lender, title company and property manager. In addition to all of these services, we also have an extensive network of local vendors, including investor-friendly lenders, title companies, contractors, insurance companies, property managers and much more. Being a first time out of state investor. Picked Gloria out of several agents I interviewed. Reasons: She knows Indianapolis like her backyard, she is the only agent who suggested I could buy two properties with the amount of cash I have while other agents all said I could buy one house with conventional loan. She is extremely hard working and responsive, plus she shares her connection with you so that you can form your own team. I bought two properties with her and both closed successfully. Learned a lot from her! I am looking forward to working with her on my third, fourth, and more!
