This was a good company, unfortunately they started to cut corners and hired unprofessional account executives like Katie. She is a fraudster. She has no clue how the real estate market works, but she will try to convince you that pigs fly. She doesn't understand basic terminology (like how interest rate is calculated, or what amortization is, or what mortgage servicing is). And customer service is a foreign language for her. I have no idea how she got this job. Most likely she knows someone higher up. If you insist on working with this company, at least do yourself a favor, if you hear the name Katie, just RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN and never look back RESPONSE. Sorry, can't do that. Based on my experience with Katie, she is definitely the type of person that would retaliate. I don't have the time to start all over again. I'll finish what I've started and never do business with your company again. You say: 'strive to provide the best service'. This is just meaningless PR, just empty words. If you would care about your customers, you wouldn't hire unprofessional amateurs like Katie. You say 'investigation into the authenticity of this account'. You want to investigate me, not your lazy & incompetent employee. Exactly, like I said, it's just lousy & sloppy PR. You don't care about improving the quality of you service. You just want to pretend that you have a good image online. Now I understand, why you have so many good reviews. It's not because you offer a good service, but rather it's because you appeal with Google, and remove the reviews that you don't like. I thought Katie it's just a bad apple. But it looks like the problems are much deeper than that. If they shamelessly lie like that, then most likely this company is involved in many other shady practices. This is how scams work, they curate a flawless image online, in order to pray on unsuspected customers.
