A week after we first met with Adam our house went private market. A week after that we went public on a Thursday and that same Sunday we had three full price and above offers. We accepted the best offer for our circumstances and went under contract almost immediately. That same week we were able to go under contract with the first house we saw and loved in Columbia. We closed on BOTH in about 30 days. We went from not knowing we were moving to selling, buying, and closing in just over a month. They made the process as painless as it could be with a newborn and a toddler and we couldn’t be more grateful! They were absolutely incredible with our timeline and we will forever be blown away by how quickly they were able to get professional photos, get us listed, and get us under contract. We love our new home and can’t wait to (hopefully) be here for the long haul.

Lots of communication, even when I was basically flying back to my home state every other week for personal reasons, Kyky was on top of things making sure I didn't need to worry (even though I was still anxious as heck!) about things down here (whether it be inspections, consults, etc).
