I have a mixture of 3 long term, 2 mid term and 2 short term rentals all in La Crosse Wisconsin. La Crosse is a great location to invest with 4 universities, 3 hospitals, and several large companies there is a high demand for rentals. It is a very affordable place to buy with consistent appreciation and growth every year.

Tony was great getting set up with the houses we wanted to see as well as getting in there fast with the offer we wanted to make on our new house. He was great advising us as well when we had questions. He kept us informed on what was happening and the steps we needed to take. Tony hung in there with us in the sell of our former home, encouraging us along the way until we had a buyer. Thanks so much for all you have done for us!

Pat is your guy if you need help selling your property. He went above and beyond to sell our investment property. He helped us from start to finish. Including helping with deep cleaning to changing out door knobs and shoveling during a snowstorm. He was always willing to take those extra steps to get our place sold! I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
