I am always looking for investment opportunities, but at the time 2H22 I was working with Ryan I also need a house for my family. Over 5 months we chatted about potential purchases, he looked at a few houses for us and took some pictures. When we came back to AZ in November he showed us 6 houses in one day that met our needs, and we made an offer on one the following day.
