She loves to help buyers achieve their dreams through finding that perfect home and can also assist in obtaining financing for a new home purchase, or get into a better financial position by finding a loan program for a refinance that might better fit their needs. Rachel is here to help you with all of your real estate needs! Whether it is a purchase, sale or a refinance, Rachel prides herself on her elite level of customer service. She is always available to her clients, or anyone involved in the transaction to answer questions. Rachel would love to speak with you about any questions you might have. A bit more about Rachel: born and raised in the Montlake neighborhood of Seattle and currently resides in the Arboretum. True local Seattlite, she attended school at St. Joseph's and high school at Seattle Prep on Capitol Hill. After high school she attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where she played basketball, golf and studied accounting. Upon graduating from Trinity, she moved back to Seattle where she began her mortgage career as an underwriter for Provident Funding. After a few years with Provident she decided to move from the banking side of the business to the consumer side which is when she made the jump to becoming a loan officer with Berlind Corp dba INFINITY MORTGAGE GROUP, nmls#762490. After 6 years in the mortgage industry she decided to add a new element to her real estate services; she obtained her real estate license and it has been an exciting adventure. As always, she is continually searching for ways further the services she is able to provide her clients. Rachel teamed up with her business partner Chris and together they recently started Olson Sanders + Associates at Compass. Rachel says: "We are so excited to not only be doing well in Real Estate here in our local market, but we are also helping other agents grow their business!" Rachel also enjoys traveling, playing basketball, golfing, skiing, tennis and all things real estate.

Rachel was really great when we were looking to buy a house. As first time home buyers, we had very limited knowledge on what it might take to do renovations on certain properties. Rachel was very knowledgable on pricing for fixing up certain aspects of each house. After purchasing our home, Rachel connected us with some reliable tradespeople for projects that we worked on. I'd highly recommend Rachel to guide you in your next home purchase!

As first time home buyers in Seattle, it was initially intimidating to know where to start. We were referred to Rachel by a family member and instantly felt relieved to have her guidance. She took a practical, step-by-step approach to helping us narrow down what we were looking for and efficiently scheduled home tours in our preferred neighborhoods. On site, Rachel is impressively knowledgeable about all things home-buying: from the broader seller/buyer environment to the smallest details of the home, she knows her stuff! Rachel is knowledgeable, committed, professional, and wonderful to work with!
We found the home of our dreams, but needed to sell our house first. Rachel was able to negotiate a contingent offer for 40 days and she sold our house and we bought the new house seamlessly! She did not let our dream house slip away and got the job done!
A couple years later we found a beach house to buy and she not only got the price reduced, due to her negotiating skills, she was helpful with knowledge about waterfront property! She has an uncanny ability to make everything seem so easy, with little to no stress.
We will always work with Rachel for our real estate needs, and we highly recommend her!

Rachel assisted us with the sale of a house and the purchase of a new house. I cannot recommend her enough! Home buyers like us, we needed a lot of help. She noticed what we didn’t, took us through dozens of homes before we found the right one, and was always a phone call or text away. Once we decided on our home, the negotiation, financing, and completion of the sale were easy with Rachel. And the selling broker chose to work with Rachel’s offer versus other’s because of her complete and thorough offer, and her professionalism. We will be working with Rachel the rest of our lives.

I have worked with Rachel for 8 personal real estate transactions (6 mortgages and 2 properties). I’ve referred a handful of close friends and family to her, most of whom have gone through with Rachel as their broker (despite often having an existing broker when I introduce), and I am continuing to do more business with her.
Flatly, there’s no one better. I’ve competed her many times, started with different brokers, and no one can come close. Her service and attention to your needs is unparalleled. Her knowledge of the industry is deep. Her ability to negotiate and drive to a successful conclusion for her clients is demonstrated repeatedly.
Plainly, Rachel is the best mortgage and real estate agent around.
