Presented an easy fix and flip closing. I requested 70% leverage pure bridge and no funds for rehab. I was told yes we can close in 7 to 10 days. Its been 7 weeks with the last three being told on Thursday we could have docs out. But at the end of each week communication is zero. No reason given, just ghosted. We will not be moving forward with the file. I asked for a decline letter, nothing provided. Very poor customer service. You cannot reach anyone direct. If you call the 866 number to reach a person they cannot transfer only take messages. Do not waste 6-8 weeks of your life with this company. Complete waste of time

We had a great experience with Parkplace financial. All of the employees are super helpful and very good at their job. Customer service is overall wonderful. We will definitely be working together again.

I had the pleasure of working with Elliot, who helped me get all my paperwork together, and Traci who processed the loan. They both responded quickly if I had any questions, and we got to the closing table pretty fast! I had a very good experience with working with them, but not a good experience when it came to the actual closing. If I could rate them separate Elliot and Traci would get a five star, and whomever handled the closing would get zero stars! If all the paperwork is signed and approved, it doesn't take six hours to fund. Hopefully whatever the issue was, Park Place financial would take care of it. If you are considering working with Park Place, you should definitely ask for Elliot!

I just closed a loan with Park Place Finance! Nora and William (Loan Processors) were amazing! They made the process go so smoothly. Kept me informed with the process and always was able to handle whatever issue came our way! I am a direct lender & recently refinanced a loan on our balance sheet that was past maturity date. We had given the borrower 2 extensions (excellent borrower & builder) but our committee wanted to get it off the books. Park Place put together an excellent bridge solution & even included 6 months of interest reserves. My borrower was extremely happy with the service & the follow up was top notch. I would like to thank Connor Donovan, Kevin O' Connor, & Colby Schmidt for helping me fund this loan. There is always turbulence in business purpose lending, but Connor, Kevin, & Colby helped me navigate the terrain for a smooth landing. We will definitely be doing more business together in the future. If I were a monopoly board, I would collect my money & go but definitely stop on Park Place. Great work Team!
