He began real estate investing and doing self management of his first rental over a decade ago. Along with his wife, they currently own one short term vacation rental in Savannah GA and one long term buy and hold in Philadelphia which was done as a BRRRR. I worked with Eric on the purchase of my first investment property in Philadelphia that I turned into a medium term rental. Eric was knowledgable of the area and made it a breeze to find properties as an out of state investor. Eric is a investor himself and offers his expertise when recommending the perfect property.

Eric recently helped my fiance and me close on our first investment property. The property is a duplex in Philadelphia that we are now house hacking. I feel very lucky to have found an agent as knowledgable, responsive, friendly, and professional as Eric. As newbie investors and homebuyers, my fiance and I had a ton of questions, and Eric patiently answered them all.
