Jaime has been phenomenal from the introduction to my closing... and, candidly... even after. She has repeatedly gone above and beyond the call of duty for an out-of-state real estate agent. She was exceptional at communication, partnered amazingly with my lender, and advocated for me at all points of the journey. At one point, I asked for a contact for a contractor to do some light repairs for me once I closed on the property. She sourced a person, felt their rate was too high, and went back and got me a lower and better quote. On the closing day, a small water leak was under a bathroom sink. She called the owner and got someone out BEFORE closing to fix it... at the owner's expense. I didn't have to deal with anyone after the closing. Jaime has a heart of gold, and I cannot think of using anyone else when I buy my next property in Augusta.
