At this time, I am not accepting out of state investors. I specialize in helping clients house hack and invest in real estate in the Greater Milwaukee area, including Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Washington Counties. With a proven track record of successfully house hacking three times, my wife and I currently owner-occupy a side-by-side duplex in Waukesha. I've used three different owner-occupied loans in my own investments, giving me unique insights into how to help others get started on their house hacking journey. My expertise extends beyond the initial purchase; I guide clients through the entire process, from financing options to post-closing responsibilities. This includes advertising vacant units, vetting and managing tenants, income/expense tracking, rehab planning, contractor referrals, and lease creation. Jeff is an agent who is very skilled and takes the job seriously for his sellers and buyers. He has high integrity and will always fight for the best interests of his clients. I’ve worked with him on several transactions and each one has gone extremely well, and when there were hurdles that popped up (like they do on every transaction) he handled them well and with efficiency for all parties involved.
