I specialize in helping out-of-town investors by being the boots on the ground to guide them through successful Buy & Holds, Flips, and BRRRRs. I am an active Realtor and Investor in the Chattanooga / North Georgia market. As a lifelong resident, I also enjoy helping people relocate here, whether they use the House Hacking strategy (which is how I began my investing journey) or just a normal primary residence purchase. Charles was INCREDIBLE- we were 1st time buyers and had many questions he would answer quickly and efficiently. A top tier communicator who made what we wanted happen and then some- all on a tight timeline and all while always making us feel he had our backs! More than that though he went above and beyond to make us comfortable in the process from step 1 to all through signing and we can’t recommend him enough!
