I have real world experience in SFR, Multi Fam, BRRR, wholesaling, and some commercial. I am also an active investor with long term, short term, and mid term rentals. I protect and serve your real estate interests whether buying local or from out of state while building generational wealth. Grant has been married to his wife, Krystal, for 24 years, has four daughters, and one grandchild. Grant has been in Real Estate for many years helping both primary home owners buy and sell real estate, but also helping new and existing investors grow their portfolios. Grant started out in public safety back in the day then transitioned into running his own business in 2012, which supported public safety. The last several years, he has been working full time in real estate and real estate investing while doing all he can to help clients with their housing needs. Grant believes in providing exceptional customer service and providing peace of mind to his clients through real world training and experience. Grant currently works and is licensed in Real Estate in both Colorado with Novella Real Estate and Alabama with Cotton State Realty. Grant’s prior clients have come to know him for his attention to detail, being hardworking, and his professional abilities, while meeting and understanding their needs as a valid stakeholder. Learning from all these direct life experiences over the last 20 + years, Grant ensures his clients will be taken care of with the highest level of care to lead to a smooth deal, and helping them through their housing transitions. In his spare time, Grant loves to spend time on the water with his family.

Grant is a professional, patient, and well-versed agent in many aspects of real estate. I met with several Realtors, I knew Grant was the right choice instantly. His advice about what needed changing to maximize on first impressions were right, inexpensive, and I think made a real difference. I feel he represented my interest from listing thru closing. I am an out of state investor and I have worked with several Realtors in several different states but Grant blows them all out of the water. He treats your property as his own and ensures you are taken care of in every capacity throughout the buying/selling process. He will pick up the phone at any time of the day to answer your questions no matter what they are. Using a different agent would be doing yourself a disservice.

He helped me to better understand the Birmingham market and navigate the ebbs and flows of two "failed" deals (tenant and seller issues) prior to finding my hidden gem. I'm a new out-of-state real estate investor. Luckily Biggerpockets found me, Grant Linhart. Grant started as an out-of-state investor himself and was able to help guide me through the process. He took helpful videos of any properties I was interested in and sent them back to me, so I felt I was there myself. I can't say enough about how great of an agent Grant is. Some people say that Real Estate Agents are like car salesmen. That certainly is not the case with Grant. Being an investor first himself, he has the connections you need to find, finance, and rehab a house in most cases. I will undoubtedly be using Grant for all my real estate deals in the future.

Grant really went above and beyond to try and sell our rental property in Birmingham, Alabama when buyer activity slowed down due to rising interest rates. He helped coordinate work to be done on the property prior to listing it which was helpful for us being out of state. We did a 1031 exchange and Grant helped to coordinate everything to make sure all parties were connected to successfully complete the exchange.
I recommend Grant Linhart because he'll do what it takes to serve you and we appreciated him helping us accomplish our goal in a shifting market.

He has super helpful and great with communication and follow up to all my many questions buying in a new out of state market.
He understands investing and different strategies for different goals. He was accomidating when scheduling time with me for a brief out of state visit to tour properties.
He is professional, yet very approachable and pleasant. Very knowledgeable about the diverse neighborhoods and their current pulse.
Although we haven't found the right property yet we certainly have found the right realtor.
