Tehane is a real estate investor, licensed NC REALTOR/Broker, the co-owner, co-manager, and the Broker-in-Charge for Wayfinder Homes. She has been investing since 2016 and has completed multiple investment strategies to include long-term rentals, short-term rentals, fix and flips, BRRRR strategy, and commercial properties. Wayfinder Homes is an investor-friendly real estate brokerage firm that is based in Winston-Salem, NC and we operate in the Triad, Triangle, Charlotte, High Country, NC coastal areas, and everything in between. We specialize in applying our unique expertise, creative strategy, and innovative tools to help our clients with purchasing and selling real estate for the best deals possible. As a standalone firm, we have a niche in collaborating with real estate investors. Many of our seasoned agents are not only real estate brokers but also investors, bringing diverse strategies to the table – from wholesaling and creative financing to strategies involving short to mid-term rentals like AirBnBs, BRRRR, house flipping, traditional rentals, and multi-family properties. Beyond brokerage services, we also regularly provide free real estate training workshops, seminars, and networking events for the local investor community. I must say that YOLANDA is ONE OF THE BEST!!! I have been asking her questions about MY future home and she didn't hesitate to assist me! She told me what I would have to do to get prepared for buying my first home and she even explained how the 1st time Homebuyer process would be!!! I am sooooooooo excited and I can't wait to get started with looking for and purchasing my 1st NEW home with Yolanda!!! My goodness she is very informational and you can tell she cares!!! She makes me feel like family and that means A LOT!!! I am very grateful that Yolanda and Wayfinder Homes LLC are around to assist clients like me!!!

Are you looking for a new brokerage??? Whether you are new to real estate or are a seasoned broker who has completed numerous transactions, Wayfinder Homes LLC allows you the autonomy to function at your own pace. The monthly brokerage meetings provide valuable information to keep you updated on changes in the real estate industry as well as relevant topics to help you in your journey toward success. Training classes are also provided on different topics. The office workspace/conference room can be used for webinars as well as meetings with clients. The downtown location is convenient and easily accessible. If you are looking for a real estate firm with excellent resources, friendly agents, reasonable brokerage fees, good commission splits, then look no further. Tehane Gallimore is a very responsive, hands-on BIC who cares about her agents. Sure, there are much larger real estate firms in the area that you could partner with, but, personally, I'd rather be under a broker who supports their agents. With so many agencies out there, knowing that my BIC personally strives for the BEST takes care of the REST!!!
