I'm an out of state client and from day one that I contacted Smallegan Real Estate,I received a call back within five minutes, it was from Jim and his has been wonderful he has been very professional and understanding, no problem has been to much, very transparent. Jim introduced me to Devon she has been very helpful she answers all concerns you may have even before you can ask.
This process has been the best business transaction I have ever had,being long distance l would recommend Smallegan to anyone looking for a real estate company.

Bailey has been awesome to work with! I feel like he goes above and beyond to help us. He has a great eye for detail and gives good feedback without putting his personal opinion in it. That was very important to me.
Devon, Bailey’s coordinator, was also very helpful to work with and helped with any questions I had along the process! Both were always quick to get back to me. Great team!! Everyone involved made this process a lot easier than I expected.
I would definitely recommend working with Bailey as your realtor!

I am extremely happy, everything went smoothly with Alex handling my property transactions. His experience and dedication to efficiency made the whole process stress-free. As first-time homebuyers, we were initially nervous about the whole process, but working with Joni from Smallegan Real Estate made everything so much easier. We had heard great things about Smallegan Real Estate through family members, and Joni certainly lived up to the reputation. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids area and knew exactly what to look for in a home that would fit our needs. From start to finish, Joni made the entire home-buying experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in this area.

We worked with Tucker O. and as first time home buyers using a VA loan, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Tucker was great with communication, responded quickly, and was generous with his time when it came to viewing houses. He explained the whole process to us upfront and everything to expect and be prepared for. He has a great upbeat friendly personality and always made sure he helped us find what was best for us. We had some rough patches with using a VA loan during our process but Tucker made sure that we didn’t feel discouraged and answered every question we had. His team at Smallegan was super helpful in providing resources and answering questions as well! We ended up closing on a house in our dream area in just over two months and would 10/10 recommend! Thank you for helping us find our first home and giving our dogs the yard they deserve!

Working with Bailey was a fantastic experience, he is very kind and professional. He is knowledgeable with both the process of buying a home and he knows what to look for in each house we toured. I appreciated how he would point out whether each part of the house was in good condition, okay condition, or needed to be addressed or replaced right away. He always did everything he could to make the process easier and he taught us everything we needed to know about the entire buying process.
Bailey is flexible and always made time for us to look at houses or answer questions we had.
Buying a house is a massive undertaking and I am grateful and lucky that Bailey was our realtor. I know everyone knows a realtor you should use, but I highly recommend Bailey if you want to have the knowledge and expertise on your side.
Thank you as well to the Devon and the Smallegan team for guiding us through the entire process and making a big purchase simple.
