He knows Detroit, the good blocks, the not so great blocks, the city certification process, the section 8 process, he knows all of it. He understands real estate from an investor’s perspective: buying for cash flow v appreciation, opportunity zones, contractors, BRRRRs, inspection reports and how serious the issues really are, he can answer your questions about any or all of those topics. Second, David works hard and he always goes the extra mile, always. Regardless of how big or small your purchase is and regardless of whether you’re a seasoned or new investor who needs more hand holding - David and his team are kind, patient, extremely responsive, and thorough.
