STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am a home owner of a home in Big Bass Lake -Poconos, PA. I hired this company as the property managers to manage my home as a short term rental. The company that is owned and led by Jonathan is a complete disaster. He did not uphold his promises to list and manage my home. I received numerous complaints, low ratings, violations and have had my home blocked from being rented on Airbnb because of his breach of contract and negligence. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this company. JD is a successful in managing his own properties, but has complete lack of integrity when it comes to managing other peoples homes. The lower ratings and quality issues etc were not disclosed to me. I only found out after having finished my contract with them and trying to list my own home on Airbnb that he had many issues that he never fixed nor disclosed to me. Unethical and deceitful group. I booked, prepaid in full, and communicated with them about an emergency situation to reschedule. They told me at that time and confirmed almost daily they would reschedule and now refuse to do so even though it is in writing. I have lost $793 to this company!! Beware!!
