Wale is extremely responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable. He is also very transparent and through. He will answer your every question and relentlessly follow up on any actions - be it your request for floor plans or update on change of address in cad. Wale's experience and network of contacts helped us get pre-approved in days, then find a duplex and put it under contract in 1 week! It all would not be possible without Wale's advice while looking at properties, and his patience in listening to our needs. As an icing on the cake, he negotiated the sales price down for us.

Wale helped me from the beginning, as a new real estate investor, giving me important information and knowledge I needed and guiding me every step of the way. Any question I had, Wale was able to answer! He has a great team as well, and was able to refer to me to lenders, contractors, insurance brokers, and pretty much anyone I needed. He showed me several options of properties and helped me narrow down to the specific property I was looking for.

Best Realtor Around! My husband and I are homeowners and real estate investors. We have approximately 10 properties and have worked will several realtors. I don't know how anyone would work with this guy if he doesn't keep his very first appointment. Working with punctual Realtors and contractors is my main priority and the very first step to working with them on buying properties and rehabbing them. If you call them and you have an appointment and they miss it is a big red flag to me.

Wale is a real estate investment wizard. We found him through bigger pockets and were impressed with his knowledge of real estate and the Houston market. We were fairly new to real estate investing and were looking to buy our first investment property in the Houston area. The market was extremely competitive and houses were selling well over the asking price. Wale took the time to understand our needs and found properties that aligned perfectly with our interests.
Once we found the ideal property, Wale ensured that we had our best foot forward by really marketing us to the seller and the seller's agent. He provided great recommendations on what we should offer to guarantee acceptance. Being out of state, we also needed assistance with various local services. Wale is well connected and was able to provide references for everyone including home inspectors, lenders, property managers, insurance agents, etc. He made sure that the process was smooth from start to finish and we made our first investment in the Houston area. Working with punctual Realtors and contractors is my main priority and the very first step to working with them on buying properties and rehabbing them. Wale is a real estate investment wizard. We found him through bigger pockets and were impressed with his knowledge of real estate and the Houston market. We were fairly new to real estate investing and were looking to buy our first investment property in the Houston area. The market was extremely competitive and houses were selling well over the asking price. Wale took the time to understand our needs and found properties that aligned perfectly with our interests.
Once we found the ideal property, Wale ensured that we had our best foot forward by really marketing us to the seller and the seller's agent. He provided great recommendations on what we should offer to guarantee acceptance. Being out of state, we also needed assistance with various local services.
