Are you a real estate investor? Are you just starting out? I was. So I reached out to many realtors in Greater CIncinnati area, you guessed it, most are not heavily investing locally but just taking it as a job (no offense to them, but I need an investor friendly agent). Rob, however, not only has deep knowledge in the local market, but also personally invests in the local market, so he knows almost everything an investor needs. He'd promptly reply to my messages and calls even though he's busy from sunrise to sunset. He'd help visit the properties I'm interested in quickly, and even able to provide me a ballpark rehab estimate based on his experience, which in the end is pretty spot on. He'd refer me to other important team members like property manager, lenders, general contractors, HVAC contractor, and etc, I usually screen multiple people for the same job before I choose to work with one, and every time I end up choosing the one Rob refers, they are not only extremely reliable, professional, but also give very reasonable price, and understand investors are sensitive to budgets.
