Investor/ Realtor- I work with lots of investors, LTH, STH Buy and Hold, and Flippers. I have built a very successful informative team to help the investor process easier. A full data base of Lenders, Contractors and handyman services. I love to share my knowledge and wisdom from a 32-year career in sales and negotiation. I have helped investors with over 100 transactions in my career. I enjoy working with beginners and educating them so they can scale and grow. The ability to listen and understand what a client wants, allows us to strategize, game plan and negotiate with confidence. Kirk was a life saver for our family. I told him what we needed and he worked nonstop until we found the right rental for my family. He made the experience of finding a rental so easy. Kirk is amazing and took care of us like we were his own family. I highly recommend Kirk and will go to him when we are ready to buy.

Kirk was very professional and detailed oriented. He helped me through the entire process that met my needs. The house search was easy as Kirk showed me homes that were exactly what I was looking for. He also helped me to make the connections needed to get to closing as well as communicating all steps taken. Highly recommend Kirk Brown for all of your Realtor needs in finding a home.
