This place stole 1,648.00 from me got approved for a rental but changed my mind decided I didn't want to move there was told to dispute the charge with my bank the bank at first verse the charges but then reversed them again even though I sent in sufficient documents then was told I had to go through the merchant which is a third party even though I don't live at the property they will not give me my 1.648.00 back and says there's nothing they can do don't rent from this place they steal people's money

I was supposed to see a rental property today and it was the most unprofessional viewing I’ve had. I had gotten there 15 minutes early, and five minutes after our viewing time I had texted wondering where the person showing me the apartment was. They respond “I am here” and I got out of my car and they walked right past me, didn’t even acknowledge my presence. And after all that I didn’t even get to see the apartment. If that is how you guys treat potential renters I will pass and take my money else where.

Do NOT trust Carrie Catlin. Unethical realtor practices that involved going behind my back with conversations with my roofer that I had contacted that ultimately resulted in her buyer backing out. She took advantage of my realtor and myself when verbal agreements were made about home improvements that needed to be done in order for her buyer to purchase my house. Such as remove a large above ground swimming pool. This being done less than a week from closing. This should of been in an official agreement and neither realtor had either the buyer nor seller in their best interest.

My husband and I purchased our first home using Kyle Pepper with At Home and it was nothing short of wonderful. Kyle did an awesome job listening to our needs and what we wanted in our home. When we started the contract/offer process he was very insightful and gave recommendations on what he thought we should do - and continued to fight/push back for our needs when closing on the home! He was always readily available and answered all of our first-time buying questions. Would highly recommend Kyle with At Home - and he’s Dave Ramsey certified which is how we got connected with him in the first place! :)
