Investor-friendly agent specializing in Long-term rentals, buy & hold, small multi-family, house-hacking, fix & flips, BRRRR and mobile-home parks. I do not work in STR. I bought my first home when 23 years old and I house hacked for years (long before the term existed) by renting the two additional bedrooms. Years later I met my would be wife and she promptly chased my roommates off. Ultimately, I totally flipped the house while living in it over 10 years. Being a DIY type of person, I did everything myself including leveling this pier and beam home. Selling this home gave us the funds to comfortably move to Florida. Fast forward to today and I am a Florida Realtor. I became Realtor because of my interest in buy and hold investing. After years of working as a residential agent and listening to every single BP podcast I got over my unique combination of Analysis Paralysis & Shiny Object Syndrome and bought my first duplex in 2021. Just a couple of month later I also purchased a new primary residence (New Construction) and converted my previous primary into a cash flowing rental. I enjoy working with new or first time investors and hunting for the right property. Let’s grow together! Judson is a fantastic realtor! I reached out to him from bigger pockets and from the first phone call, spoke to me very professional and had a game plan started. He takes the time to answer all of your questions no matter how many or trivial. Before every house visit he had a detailed summary of the house we were going to see. We really enjoyed those summaries and it was great to see all the details before we went in. Throughout every house tour he knew exactly what to look for! I contacted Judson Osbon from Re/max as an out of state investor looking to purchase in Orlando. Judson was fantastic to work with. He gave me the lay of the land, sent countless videos, and we toured multiple properties in person where he provided excellent insight in to the pros and cons of many of the local properties and areas. He was knowledgeable and very responsive, and really helped me from afar with my eventual purchase. I totally recommend Judson and Re/max for any of your RE investment needs!

I recently have closed on several transactions with Judson Osbon in the Orlando area for a few of my clients, in which he represented them as their investor-focused realtor. Absolutely fantastic experience working with Judson! Whether you're an investor or searching for your dream home, Judson is the realtor you need. His negotiation skills are top-notch, ensuring you get the best deal possible. While we were on vacation, Judson kept at it and sent us thorough videos of home walkthroughs, one of which turned out to be the house we bought. Judson was awesome to work with!!! He is organized, professional and a wealth of knowledge!! We had some issues with the title agency but Judson knew exactly what to do and still kept up with the schedule. He is the calm in the storm of selling a house. A God send would be an understatement!!!

We had Judson sell our home and help us on the purchase of our new home, and it was with relentless effort, passion, and some EXTREME dedication, that Judson got it all accomplished for us. He even did the unexpected - he made the process fun! We didn't expect to make a lifelong friend out of this, but that's exactly what happened here.
