I can't recommend Mike Allen highly enough. From start to finish, he was stellar. Mike sold my house and helped me find a new place with offers made and accepted in less than 24 hours. I always felt he was honest, professional, responsive, and he had my best interests at heart.
I felt a lot of trepidation going into the whole process, but Mike patiently explained every step along the way. He gave me a heads up whenever it was needed, and his guidance was invaluable.
Mike tells it like it is, and I really appreciated his honesty. Even after the sale, he looked out for me with recommendations that proved valuable. I can't recommend Mike highly enough. If you're looking to buy/and or sell, he won't disappoint.

The hardest thing we've ever had to do is sell our childhood home. Mike made the process a lot easier for my sister and I to handle. From the first phone call to the very end. Making sure we had all of the information we needed to make the best decision for us and fully supporting it.

We can’t say enough good things about Mike. He fought tooth and nail to be sure we would be able to buy our dream home. Mike met us where we were every step of the way. His easy going personality allowed him to ebb and flow along with us as we made up and changed our minds. He was kind and warm to us and became a member of our family during the home buying process. Mike was always dependable and resourceful, showing incredible tenacity to help us secure our home. Having him anywhere near our home buying team gave us so much comfort that we would end up in the right home. We are so grateful to Mike for helping us find the perfect place to raise our family.

I worked with Mike for months as he helped me navigate the buying/selling process. He remained highly accessible, professional, and honest throughout. Just an all around good guy with a wealth of knowledge that he’s happy to share with his clients in order for them to make informed buying/selling decisions. As an out of state investor who never stepped foot in Michigan before buying a house in Detroit, Mike and his team made me feel extremely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He has an incredible knowledge of the local markets as well as general knowledge of necessary home repairs that made the virtual showings very informative and efficient. Additionally, Mike and his team continued to follow up after closing to ensure I had a smooth occupancy process. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a house in area!

Working with Mike was a great experience. As a first time home buyer I had no idea about what I wanted, where I wanted to be and how the process as a whole worked. He was patient as we traveled to different places and I figured out what I wanted. He was also honest about places that were not worth it, never tried to make a sale just to make a sale and always had ideas on how to help me see the potential of some. He explained to me the whole process once I found something. And when some negotiations had to be made I always felt comfortable with my choice because of his honest advice.

I enjoyed working with Mike Allen of the MJA company immensely. He was selected out of a long list of people interested in buying my house for these reasons: he was incredibly respectful to me, while he was direct and earnest he was also low pressure, he came well prepared, offering three different ways we could work together which for me-secured his place in our arrangement. He was willing to simply list it, to wait until I made some improvements and then list it, or to buy it. Instead of sending me pages and pages of unwanted mail (that insinuates the recipient is some sort of fool) or having an assistant call on his behalf- he engaged with me directly, honestly, and in a timely manner. The reason Mike Allen got this deal is because he's a good guy not a shark pretending to be a good guy. I went to the Google ratings before choosing to go with him, before choosing to even speak to him past asking for his information. He has a good review and reputation because he works for it, without slandering others, as some have to me. If I have more property deals to do in Michigan I won't hesitate to give Mike a call. Absolutely recommended. Oh yes, and we closed very quickly without any hiccups.

Michael Allen was a tremendous help right from the beginning on selling our house. He provided a comprehensive market analysis of the area, we didn't even realize how much we underestimated the market value of our house. He coached us how to prep the house, which aspects to pay more attention, and when was the right time to list it. We had two competing offers after only 4 days in the market. Eventually sold the house over asking price mostly because of Michel's coaching and advice.
He would always answer our calls right away, spend time to answer in details all the questions we had and eventually drive the closure in timely and most advantageous way for us.
We had three other real estate transactions in the past and by far Michael has been the best agent so far we had to deal with. Highly recommended!!!
